Visitor Services Public Relations and Communications Internship
A Utah native, Brittany graduated from Skyline High in 2006 and then went on to attend Utah State University. She recently graduated with her Bachelors in Public Relations and hopes to open a Non-Profit Organization in Peru. Brittany loves to water ski, dance, read and travel. In the fall Brittany will be moving to London with her husband, and can’t wait to explore the country. Until then, Brittany looks forward to her summer here at the Capitol.
This summer Brittany will be working as the Visitor Service Public Relations and Communications Intern, a position created by the Capitol Preservation Board. Brittany will be working under the direction of Allyson Gamble, Director of Public Relations, Communication and Visitor Services at the Utah State Capitol, and will assist in many projects throughout the summer. These projects include Capitol Discovery Day, Movie Under the Stars, speaking engagements and curriculum projects all set to create opportunities for Utah citizens to come up to the “Peoples House.” She will also be working on organization materials such as Web site development, press releases, blog postings, and brochures.
